Joyous Jac! Intercounty have been nothing but fantastic throughout my entire rental process. Jac has been outstanding, and is a credit to the company! She was polite and friendly, and nothing was ever too much hassle for her. She was extremely quick to reply to emails, and made any amendments without fuss. She was just wonderful to liaise with and I didn't feel any pressure or 'like a nuisance' emailing her all the time, like some people would make you feel. She has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, and always had the answers to my questions, which was extremely reassuring. The whole rental process was quick to sort out, and relatively painless. All documents were done online (including identity checks and proof of earnings) which made my life so much easier, and DocuSign was even mobile friendly, meaning it could be done quickly and easily, which was a bonus! Everything was sent via email so I could safely file anything away, and amendments were also updated and re-signed where needed, literally in the space of an hour, Jac was so 'on it'! I cannot recommend them enough, especially compared to the other estate agents in Saffron Walden, intercounty definitely come out on top!!
