We went with Intercounty as Kerry Hill was an agent there and she sold us our house 6 years ago and I was so impressed by her. As expected Kerry was fantastic! But, we were very pleasantly surprised by the incredible team in the office. They actively SOLD the house, opposed to just letting it sit on the website. They were all very knowledgeable about my home when showing potential buyers and they were absolutely fantastic at keeping us up to date with what was going on. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough.
