Initial property details were well presented and descriptive, excellent photos and good to see room sizes on the plans. Arranging the viewing with the office was an easy step and meeting Mr Charlie Dore' the sales manager, who showed us round the property was a relaxed, but professional experience. He assisted us in reaching an agreement with the vendors, with fluid and helpful communications to arrive at a purchase agreement. Although he stayed in touch throughout the conveyance and guided his team, his team were additionally very competent and professional in handling our requirements to bring about a successful and early completion, within 30 days of instruction of solicitors.
