As a landlord I have used Mullucks for many years. Their fees may have been slightly more than some agencies but the service was worth the additional fee. I believe the tenants also benefitted from having a good rental agent. I have recently sold my property through Mullucks and totally recommend them. The communication was excellent, both during the viewings and particularly during the lengthy legal process after an offer was accepted. Not only did they keep both parties (buyer and seller) informed, they helped facilitate the contract by being proactive in supplying relevant information to resolve any potential issues. They also checked the property on a regular basis whilst it was empty.
