Appalling treatment initially as a prospective buyer from start to finish leaving my wife in tears after requesting highly personal information to establish whether we were 'suitable buyers' and not even having the decency to let us know the outcome or even a 'thank you'. Now their senior manager, as we have been told, has heavily influenced the vendor of another unrelated property we were purchasing until yesterday, to re-market, this after we had full price offer accepted progressed to surveys/searches etc. and associated cost. The lack of ethics this business shows and its treatment of prospective purchasers is disgusting. Please do yourself a huge favour and avoid at all costs.
