Nick and Ashleigh are nothing short of amazing!! We purchased our dream home through By Design (was Signature Homes then) and I think it was one of the most difficult and drawn out transactions Nick has had to deal with in his career! Our vendor was particularly tricky and needed handling with care shall we say?! They are both so professional and patient, went above and beyond and ensured that we got there in the end, eventually! I would not hesitate to recommend By Design and would use them myself …..but hoping we won’t need to anytime soon as we’d like to stay here for many many years to come!
