I was given a quick rental valuation date, on the valuation day I was told a rental figure based on comparables locally and I was offered a competitive managed monthly fee. Throughout the tenancy I was dealing with Hannah Simpson, she replied to my emails quickly. She also informed me of any repairs that were needed in a timely manner and the cost of repairs arranged by here were competitive. Martin & Co Saltaire have assisted me in selling a property recently and I am delighted with their service. They have managed the tenancies for my two properties for over 20 years and they have also now marketed and completed the sale for one of them.
