I used Martin & Co to find a tenant and to manage my rental property. I was given a quick rental valuation date, on the valuation day I was told a rental figure based on comparables locally and I was offered a competitive managed monthly fee. Throughout the tenancy I was dealing with Hannah Simpson, she replied to my emails quickly. She also informed me of any repairs that were needed in a timely manner and the cost of repairs arranged by here were competitive. Hannah always kept me up to date on various issues and she got things done effectively and efficiently. I highly recommend Using Martin & Co as a letting agent.
