I have dealt with Martin & Co for a number of years and have always found them to be very helpful to me as a landlord but also considerate to the needs of the tennant’s. I’ve recently been communicating with Sam and Denise regarding a re let of my property and was thrilled when a new tennent was found, the relevant paperwork completed all within a short space of time. I've used Martin and Co as a landlord to let out a new property recently. I've been very happy with the responsiveness, professionally and fast delivery that the team has to offer. They're always quick to respond to queries and keep you updated on progress. They're also very pro-active and sort out issues before you even think of them. Angela and Samantha in particular have been a massive help in getting the property up to shape and letting it out.
