Hello Lorraine, we are very sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with the service you received. Until now we were unaware of this as we have not heard from you since you moved out over 5 months ago. We believe the deductions made to your deposit were proportionate, reflecting the damages made to the carpet and bathroom sealant. Unfortunately we were unable to accept the pictures provided by yourself, as we have no way of knowing when these images were taken. We always provide new tenants with a full inventory when moving in, we allow tenants up to 5 days to add anything we may have missed (such as damages) to the inventory before returning it. We would never overcharge a tenant and we did return the majority of your deposit. Once again we are sorry if you were unsatisfied on this occasion.
