We felt he was much more genuine than others we saw, and really listened to find the balance that we were happy with in terms of getting the right price but also having interest in the property. And he must’ve known what he was talking about as we accepted an offer after the first viewing! Kat then helped us with going through the rest of the process and she was just brilliant. When solicitors were a bit slow, we knew we could always ask Kat and she got back to us really quickly each time after checking what was going on with our buyers - I think she kept our sanity through all the unknowns and was just so friendly and efficient- exactly what you’d want!!
