My wife and I have owned two properties in Bradford for the past six years which are rented out through Martin & Co., Saltaire. Since meeting Carol Stubbs on day one we have found this company to provide an excellent service for landlords. Prospective tenants are extremely well sourced and vetted and our properties have never stood empty for more than a couple of weeks. The hand overs have always been very efficient and six monthly checks are part of the service once new tenants are in situ. As we live 200 miles away it is important for us to have piece of mind that issues will be dealt with promptly and effectively when they arise and that has certainly been our experience. All the staff have always been friendly and helpful whenever we have had dealings with them.
