Can These management people explain to me why the pics of damage in every room is called fair wear and tear by them ? I wait their excuses sorry explination . Also the damage down the walls . If not a cat then this has been damaged by sharp objects , a knife ? . This being the case how is it fair wear and tear ? When first ringing to say keep their bond a rude woman said ... we are not managing your property I haven't seen your flat , I would have remembered ! Some managing property ! Reason the walls and smashed up property are fair wear and tear Martins please ! Bill £385 but ended up £2000 so far excluding smashed light fittings and filthy carpets ext extra ext. Took them to court and feel better about this terrible firm now when reviewing my reviews ! but save yourself a lot of grief ..go elsewhere ! In response to the judges comments ..only tell the truth on their site and you were told by the judge I quote ! You can not tell Mrs Coates what to say or not in her review ,the truth only ..selective truth from this place yet again ...remember what was done to me and I am not aware that the person has infact left .
