An amazingly positive experience from start to finish! i have dealt with a lot of estate agents over the years but Mackay Property really stand out as exceptional! The others could learn a lot from them. The regular, thorough and accurate communication throughout the process has been a real pleasure and made everything so smooth and stress free. I honestly cannot believe how easy Mackay Property have made things for me. To me the little things also really do matter so when Rachel took the time to speak with my young children about what they would like from their new home and ask about what their interests were, etc it made them feel included by the agent and lets be honest they are just as important as i am when it comes to making a decision about where we live.
