We've met with Tracey from Mackay's at a couple of properties on our long search for our next home. The best agent we've viewed with in East Herts! She has made our experience really enjoyable, it's a pleasure to be shown around by Tracey, she really knows her stuff about each property, owner and area. She is also welcoming and accommodating of our baby who attends viewings with us, which makes a huge difference for us. In the nicest possible way -- we hope we see less of Tracey... when she finds us our dream home ;) I hope to update this review to say so one day soon.
