I moved into a rented property 2 years ago. The agent who helped me view the property is sadly no longer with mackays but she is now my neighbour, she was amazing. I didn’t think anyone would come close.. We’ve had a few ups and downs but they have generally been brilliant. Rachel is now my main contact and she is very professional, extremely polite and has helped me with a few difficulties we couldn’t have dealt with ourselves. She’s been amazing! This estate agents and their team - most importantly Rachel - are a true asset to Mackays, I will definitely rent from Mackays again if I was to ever move again . Thank you x
