Cannot recommend DDM highly enough. From Jamie coming round to chat and take the initial photos, to Kate managing the final details on completion day, they handled everything with professionalism, warmth, patience and efficiency. My main point of contact was Kate and she was genuinely fabulous and - I am convinced - held the entire sale together singlehanded. She (and by proxy the company as a whole) went beyond what I’d have expected in terms of providing advice and support. If I ever sell again (definitely not for a while…) I wouldn’t use anyone but DDM and I’d recommend them to anyone going on the market. Also, while their suggested market price for my house wasn’t the highest of the quotes I got, I feel sure it was the most realistic (and certainly wasn’t too low either). I think this was reflected in the fact that the house sold for asking price after fewer than 24 hours on the market. Never even got as far as putting my for-sale sign up! I don’t usually write reviews, but it feels warranted when 1) service is this good 2) selling your home is a massive thing and people’s experiences are genuinely useful.
