Thanks to katie and natalie at ddm gainsborough for selling our property. This was a difficult sale with the property not being in the best condition and the location a remote village. However they managed to pull it off under very difficult circumstances. And they also achieved the asking price for the property. Well done to both of you. And good luck to the lovely family who are moving in today. Previously i also used DDM to rent my house out so i can recommend them to any purchaser/seller or landlord. All services are provided inhouse and we also used their recommended solicitor which took a lot of the stress away from us. With thanks. Have a happy christmas and a happy new year. Keep safe all.
