Castledene estate agents were very polite, professional and friendly. Julia especially was very straight forward, helpful and went the extra mile in her efforts to ensure both parties came to a resolution. Julia is very knowledgeable and I can't sing her praises enough. We go to pick the new keys up tomorrow morning to our new house.

Got no help at all apparently a can’t get house because I only get some much money a month but my rent would be paid for

No follow up with me after viewing a property. The agency that showed me the second house got the sale. Both properties were about the same, I just chose the property who followed up with me.

Avoid these guys at all costs. Problems from start 5 years ago, 3 years later still waiting on major repairs as well as other repairs. Fobbed off every single time. At my tether with them now. My previous review I was begged by the CEO to remove if they sorted the issue and that’s the only time they have sorted anything. They will take your money but fob you off
