Not a pleasant experience as a tenant searching for a home. I could publically explain but I have expressed my views to the team. My experience with such a long standing namevin real estate didn't match what was expected from a proffesional letting agency. 3 arranged viewings with poor communication, promised call backs, chasing up and smoking at a property while viewing it has left an impression on us.
