Paul is fantastic. We had 5 estate agents round and he by far impressed us the most, he is sincere, honest and genuine. He was proactive following up and did thorough research before our appointment too. He has been so communicative throughout the process of selling our home. He works closely with a professional photographer who did a lovely job with our pictures. The add he did for us on each selling site was great and thoroughly thought out. He has kept us in the loop the whole way through, updating us how each viewing went straight away. The memorandum of sale was over within a day of offer.
