Paul is great to communicate with, very proactive and has been great with any queries we've had. Paul has gone above and beyond particularly on the day of our viewing. Unfortunately we had some car trouble and broke down en-route, Paul not only came and collected us, he then took us for the viewing and drove us all the way back home so my partner could get my car to meet the recovery agent with his. We were in the middle of nowhere and this was really appreciated, anyone else very likely would have just rearranged the viewing for another day or time. Excellent service and a pleasure to deal with.
