We were moved into the property where the washing machine is not working even attached to the water supply, no connecting pipes, Staff members are not bothered to sort it after 13 days are over even after making numerous calls and emailing three different people including property consultant Max,Manager and even Branch manager Danny. All these are telling us to call the other person being passed like a ball but they are not talking to each other by sitting next to each other in the same office. I do have all the dates and records which I can forward to you if you need. I have been living in the UK for more than 16 years and have never experienced that rude,aggressive,unprofessional, abusive behavior and that bad customer service especially from the Manager Adeyna Mc Kinley-waithe who falsely accused us for keeping illegal immegrants in the property, disgraced us infront of nabours by telling us that we have not paid rent, called a police on us which was proved later on that it was all false allegation. I would highly recomend not to use thair services at all.
