Hello Aaron, I am disappointment to read this review. I am sorry that you feel that, as an agency we did not attempt to help with this situation. As the landlord employed the contractors to renovate the property, Fit Property had little involvement with the refurbish, we did not manage the property until after the renovation was completed. Each time a complaint was made we contacted the landlord and he addressed the contractors immediately. I believe the landlord made contact with you directly to apologise on behalf of the builders and bought you all a peace offering as a good will gesture. Again, I am sorry you do not feel that this kind token was acceptable. Best wishes for your future.
