Big name with a poor customer service, We had visited a brand new property with Senior Lettings Negotiator, first of the landlady was more welcoming than the agent . After a quick visit , we ( me and wife ) asked them to give us few minutes to talk at outside the property . The landlady was happy about that but again the letting negotiator interrupt her and told us you go home I will call you this evening from the office. And ...... we are still waiting. The way we were treated by your agent was showing us that she doesn’t want to let us to go ahead with that property despite having 2 full time incomes and also a guarantor. I wish she was more clear about that or simply could say that she had promised that property to someone else rather than wasting our time. In conclusion I would not recommend country properties to anyone or anybody.
