From the first valuation until completion day Country Properties were professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were competitive in their rates too.

Lorraine, Steph, Evie and Jamie were all absolutely superb from day 1. What should have been a simple sale and purchase (first time buyer for my house and new build purchase by myself - doesn't get much simpler!) just dragged on and on and on and, had it not been for the Shefford Branch team, I doubt very much whether much would have happened at all! Even on completion day, when unexplained delays to money transfer were stringing things out such that I was at risk of having to pay additional charges to the removal company, Lorraine was on the case to save the day and even drove to the property to hand me the keys in person which was a massive help given how close I was to busting a blood vessel! I used to think that Country Properties in Welwyn Garden City were the best of the bunch, but the Shefford branch now takes that place in my view! Thank you so much to you all :)

I couldn't have asked for a better Estate Agents to go with! From the first day I walked into the Shefford Office the greeting and service that they provided showed me that i was in the right place. I first spoke with Jo who set up a list of properties for me to view that suited my budget and what i was looking for. Over the duration of a couple of weekends (Sundays included!), I went on several viewings with a couple of the girls from the Shefford branch who were lovely and very knowledgeable of the properties that they were showing me. Any queries I had Steph and Lorraine answered straight away which was a huge relief! I honestly can't fault this branch, they were always on hand if i had any queries and made sure the sale process went through without any bumps. They helped my husband and I find our dream home.

From Instruction to Completion Jamie and his team were fantastic, they worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth completion within a very short period of time. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked with all parties involved to ensure a smooth sale. My husband and I were very impressed and can not Thank them enough.
