The Shefford branch is outstanding! We purchased our property through Country Properties and Lucy was the negotiator who we dealt with. Whilst we were not her actual clients, the communication and flexibility were outstanding. When viewing houses, Lucy, unbeknownst to us, actually came in on her day off to show us around. When we found the house we wanted, it did not matter which member of the team we spoke to as whoever we did speak to knew exactly where our purchase was up to.
