I have recently purchased a property through this agency and have nothing but good words to say about Country Properties in Shefford. Steph was handling the sale but I also dealt with Jamie and Lucy. Due to the nature of conveyancing, I was unable to speak to the seller or sellers solictor myself, but Steph (and Lucy in the final stages!) were absolutely fantastic at communicating between all parties and pushing things along. I never found it difficult to get hold of Steph - she is superbly efficent! Lucy played an absolutely integral part in getting the completion over the line when Steph was on (very well deserved!) leave, and I cannot thank them both enough. Country Properties Estate Agents Shefford have been fantastic. Lucy Kersey was very helpful in our search for our new home - nothing was too much trouble and often responded to emails outside her normal working hours - including weekends to organise viewings on our behalf.
