I have been using Whitegates for over 20 years to manage my rental property in Nottingham. I admit there have been occasional times, I've not been totally happy with them, but as I live in London, sorting out changing my agents was too much of a hassle. However, I have been really pleased with the service I have received recently from Adam Clarke, who has gone above and beyond, to sort out a situation regarding installing a new boiler.

Middle of winter we were worried it could take a while, but she was great at making sure everything got sorted as soon as possible.
