I have had the wonderful opportunity of getting to know both the sales team and lettings team at Whitegates. I originally bought my property through Whitegates in 2018 and the Whitegates letting team have been managing my property . Now the sales team have worked their magic and are in the process of completing a sale for me. The progress has been simple and swift. I cannot give enough praise to Danielle, Olivia and Jordan who have all been very professional in their work yet managed to form a family type relationship. They are always available, always quick to sort any request. They are fabulous and I would Whitegates for selling and letting. Through the lettings team, I have had the expert services of Jack. His lettings knowledge has been invaluable to me. Jack walked me through all the stages of becoming a landlord. He explained all the formalities and procedures and submitted all the forms on my behalf as my trusted lettings agent. Nothing is too much to ask of any of these teams. If they don’t know the answer they will find it and get back to you as soon as they possibly can. I will definitely use their services again in the future. In the meantime, they continue to take care of my property with a professional approach as they always have. I fully recommend Whitegates for all your Sales and Letting requirements.
