Me being completely honest, i don't normally leave reviews but thanks to Adam I had to let everyone know that his actions had a really high impact on overall experience I had with the agency. When I first moved in the property there was completely different staff working.One year in,new staff took over including Adam. Previously i had so much issues with solving problems during the period I was renting the place. Appliances and issues took forever to fix , if they got fixed at all. Now since Adam joined , everything was so much better. He kept me updated all the time about things that will be changed, when and what exactly will happen. Things that i was waiting previously for months got done within a week thanks to him. An absolute credit and a massive asset to the company !!
