Dreadful

Awful estate agent. Never return your phone calls. When I see a property for sale on rightmove and I see it’s advertised by Christopher Russell I now avoid it because I know how rubbish the service will be. So stressful dealing with them as they are so incompetent. It was the same 2 years ago when I was buying my first property and before that when I rented, just a shambles. You would hope they would improve but 2 years later and they are still the same. Poor service.
