Abby was amazing from start to finish, as first time buyers we didn't know where to start! She kept us up to date with all new properties that were coming on the market! and was always available on the other end of the phone to deal with any silly questions we had! We used Steve Nobbs from Christopher Russell to sell as he was recommended to us by friends. We live in New Zealand and sold our house in Sidcup and thought this would pose many problems. Christopher Russell and in particular, Steve, proved us so very wrong! We achieved more than expected for our house and in our eyes, the agent went "beyond the call of duty" to make sure the sale went through as seamlessly as possible. They liaised with us and although our morning was their night and vice versa, we were kept up to date with the progress of our sale.
