The team at Christopher Russell Property Services were incredibly welcoming from the very start. A special mention goes to Karolina, their Senior Sales Negotiator, who was a true pleasure to work with. She was exceptionally accommodating, professional, and punctual, with an impressive knowledge of all the properties we viewed. We really appreciated her friendly and warm approach—she gave us the space we needed during viewings but was always on hand to answer our questions. Karolina quickly understood our needs and budget, following up with thoughtful calls and suggesting additional properties that matched our requirements. She even helped with planning and rescheduling appointments to ensure we could view as many suitable homes as possible, which we found very considerate. One minor downside is that Christopher Russell Property Services does not provide printed property brochures. While this is likely part of their commitment to environmental awareness—a positive initiative—it’s worth noting for those who like to take notes during viewings. Overall, we found the experience with Christopher Russell Property Services, the stunning properties available, and particularly Karolina, to be highly professional and personable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience working with the team once again. Having purchased our property through them five years ago, we knew we were in good hands when it came time to sell. From the start, they were incredibly friendly, approachable, and supportive throughout the entire process. One of the standout aspects was their decision to arrange an open day, which turned out to be an excellent strategy. It created healthy competition among viewers, and we had around 25 viewings on that single day.
