Very bad agent. Never trust them. Fool the buyers and feel free to renege. I cannot believe there is such an agent in UK! The Worst I bet. The agent continued to encourage other sellers to increase their price despite agreeing to our offer. Accepting offers from others without informing us. malicious price wars without permission, disrupting the market. Our legal fees and personal information were maliciously exploited.

This is the worst agent I have ever met. Fool buyers and just want to make money.

Terrible Experience!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would never ever use this company and i advise anyone to not even bother. The lack of communication is appalling! I asked who receives the email sales@... and everyone in the company receives these emails yet no reply to any emails!! Having to constantly chase to confirm viewings and not even having a reply to an offered amount with proof of funds and mortgage in principal sent over. Then 7 days later called by the estate agent to nothing but increase the offer! WOW Shocking Experience, will never use again! What a waste of time!

Rented 2 years and encountered visitations from plumber, etc. without our knowledge and we were not at home. No communication at all. Checking out process - not professional at all. £300 cleaning fee being deducted from our deposit. When we asked about it, Julie just said ' refer to the inventory report'. The report was at least 40 pages. They just charged whatever cleaning fee that they like!

I am very disappointed with this agency. They had arranged a viewing on Friday night. During the viewing after a brief conversation with the agent I said that we (me and my wife) liked the property and wanted to rent it. He asked me when. I said : ASAP. I received an assurance that he would contact the landlord the next day to inform him of our decision and then will call us. From that point on, we had no calls from the agency anymore. We tried to contact the agent and left a contact phone at his office but did not have a call. Tonight we went to the office to find out what was going on. They explained to us that the property had already been negotiated and the agent had no obligation to inform us about that or to call us. We have missed other proposals because of this unfair act by this agency. This agency either does not respect enough people who have and trusted it to be its clients, or has a racist attitude towards certain nationalities. I hope this kind of attitude is a precedent in this industry.
