From the initial valuation with Alison, who impressed me with her local knowledge and advice, to Leanne who conducted the viewings with enthusiasm and efficiency, I have been kept informed at every stage of the process. My house was sold quickly, and the marketing was excellent. At this point, Selina took over with frequent updates, great advice and reassurance. The warmth and approachability of the staff made me feel I was valued both as a customer and person, and that nothing was too much trouble for them. I am grateful to them, and am happy to recommend their services to anyone selling their home. I know there are cheaper alternatives, but the price difference is more than made up for by the superb professionalism and support of the staff.
