Being a first time buyer, I was very pleased with the service provided by BSimmons and Son, Farnham Branch team, especially Sarah Campbell. She was always courteous and professional. I had viewed many properties through this branch and was always updated on the viewing timings and on any offer placed. Jim/Leigh had shown me most of the properties and both of them were on time in the property, awaiting for us to visit and always gave the valuable, honest information about the property they are aware of. And Sarah takes over from there and my experience had been wonderful right from beginning till the end of the purchase. She regularly followed up with solicitors, kept me updated on the status of purchase. She never shy away from following up with self or seller for sale to go smooth. All issues or queries were handled by her professionally and got that sorted in short time. And above all, she completely understands how stressful House buying would be for first timers and always dealt our silly questions will due patience. Thanks Sarah for finding us our first home.
