My Experience with the Berkshire Estate agency is ‘very positive’. As we are moving away from slough we wanted someone reliable to look after our property well and pay our rent on time. As a landlord we were misguided many time by other agents in our previous experiences. Trusting another estate agent was a big concern for us, but after a recommendation from my partners colleague we went with Berkshire Estate Agency. After one conversation with the Director and their team we really surprised how they made us feel assured that our property will be in safe hands. I got a chance to go and look at my property 2-3 times due to previous bad experiences and hesitation but to my belief the property is well looked after and the tenants they found us are amazing. Now I can feel relaxed that I made the right choice to do business with Berkshire Estate Agents. They are trustable and reliable.
