Poor customer service!

Don't believe the positive reviews as they are fake! I had been warned about this agency but I saw a property on Rightmove that was keen to view so thought I'd go in with an open mind. Wow, never in my life have I been met with such rude people. When I arranged the appointment, no information was received via email or call (yes I already checked my junk inbox too). As the appointment was made last minute and we were already en route to view the property, I thought the estate agent will be there anyway so it wouldn't be a problem. We got there and waited 25 minutes with no one turning up. I called twice whilst I was waiting and the lady said that he should be there already but couldn't connect to his phone. When I called again to say that I've waited long enough the man on the phone said the estate agent was waiting for us in the property already. When I queried why he did not call us, he then accused me of not checking my emails for the property information. I informed him that no email was received and no one came out of the property to look around. In addition, no contact was made to say that he was already in the property, they just said "he was on his way". Rudely, he then asked "why would I go view a property with no information"? He implied that I was stupid. I put the phone down as I did not want to stoop to his level of immaturity and incompetence. No apology made or try to try find what happened.
