Best Estate Agents in Slough
The Berkshire Estate Agents in the Slough is one of the best out there. As a landlord I am dealing with this agency for the past 5 years. And no point of time i had any issues with them or with the tenants they managed at my property. The properties are well looked after and kept me updated of my tenants status. The team are very professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend this Agency to landlords and tenants. Thank you Berkshire Estates Agents Team.

Fantastic service with no fuss
I have both sold a flat and also rented off of Berkshire Estates and both services were run very efficiently and professionally.. Any problems were dealt with in a timely manner and I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.. Would I recommend, most definitely

Friendly staff with always a choice of properties. Flexible viewing timings. I am renting since 2 and half years and happy with the price. Cheapest in Slough area.

Excellent service, stress free thanks to helpful staff
Berkshire estate Agents have made purchasing our first property very easy and stress free, we have been kept informed at all stages and have been given advice on every aspect of purchasing a home. I would highly recommend buying or selling a property with them.

They have helped us out when the new landlord tried to shoehorn into things. They have also been quick to help us out when we had issues with the flat as well - we would definitely recommend them again.

Good Estate Agents
The Berkshire Estate Agents in the Slough is one of the best out there. We decided to buy a house but I expected a high fee from the agents, but after a lot of consideration we decided to deal with Berkshire Agents. They provided good service with affordable price and the property we bought is our expectation. Berkshire Estate Agents are a true professional in dealing with properties.

Rude, dishonest, unprofessional, childish, aggressive, threatening, cocky and arrogant
We gave Lee at Berkshire Estate Agents one of or houses to let in December last year. At first, he was positive, complimentary and quite personable. However, as time passed, we soon began to realize that he is nothing more than a poor salesperson who thinks he is wonderful and has no substance behind his arrogant facade. He kept telling us that he had a tenant, although no-one ever materalised, then after 2 weeks of marketing the property he tried to convince us to drop the rent, then he tried to convince us to accept a dreadful tenant who wanted to pay less than the quoting rent, give a smaller deposit than we wanted and wanted to keep several animals in the house and he eventually found a tenant after 3 months and after we told him that we would be instructing another agent. Despite multiple requests, he failed to send us details of the tenants references, failed to send us his fee agreement and failed to send us the tenancy agreement. Then, to our total and utter surprised, he moved the tenant into our property before we had even seen the tenancy agreement! The tenant was unaware of this and was also outraged, especially since they had paid Lee the rent, deposit and a substantial admin fee. When we eventually did see the tenancy agreement, it comprised several clauses which were totally unacceptable to us. When we questioned him on this, and aked him why he had allowed someone to move in without a signed tenancy agreement, he started to get rude, aggressive and threatening. He also took the rent and deposit money from the tenant, without telling us and without sending it to us. We had to instruct solicitors to deal with him and to try to resolve this matter which cost us £1,000 and Lee eventually backed down. We managed to convince the tenant that the agreement would need to change and after 2 weeks resolved this issue. However, Lee still refused to send us the money which the tensnt sent him and so we are now suing him. We own 100 properties nationwide and have never ever faced a situation like this. It is a disgrace and this guy should not be allowed to practice estate agency.

Rude and dreadful service
Have been clients of theirs letting our properties through them. Utterly dreadful service and rude. Lee is the "director" who essentially withheld our rent to us and was always many months late with payment. Despite constant emails and promises he tells lies and we received rudeness and hollow promises of rent payment. Spare yourself the anguish and stay away!
