When issues arose or questions needed to be answered during the purchase they were always quick to respond. This great communication meant that what is often a very stressful process was made much less so by their efficiency and keeping me informed. All the people in the office were also very friendly, making the whole process a pleasant one. After the purchase was completed there were some teething problems and, even though these problems were not the responsibility of the agent, they were very quick to contact the necessary people to sort the issues out.
