We engaged with Glenn Flegg having had our house on the market for a considerable period of time. Whilst the housing market was weak and many buyers undecided due to Brexit, our original estate agency failed to secure any significant interest. Our move to Glenn Flegg had an immediate impact. Ben and his team introduced a number of new potential buyers to us, all of whom were more serious about moving forward. We subsequently secured buyers within a very short period of time. The ongoing support and advice we received from Ben during both the purchase of our new property and the sale of our then 'current' property was excellent. As with all house purchases/sales, there were issues but the support we recieved was 'first class'. Further, the support provided by the office team, when Ben was unavailable, again helped to inform, provide clarity and reduce the stress that these situations often create.
