Managed by Phil Gould whose local knowledge was outstanding we were convinced he was real and could achieve a fair and realistic market price.. His team went on to prove our instincts were bang on. Kept informed at every stage his staff went on with dogged determination to conduct numerous viewings remaining resolute throughout to achieve the best and fairest price for us.. We cannot fault them, advice, service and excellent communication throughout. For us they weren't the cheapest but they emphasised the caveat that you get what you pay for. Well done to Phil, Matthew ands Angela and the backroom staff that went on to support them to completion.
