If I could give 6 stars in a review I’d do it with no hesitation. The staff at Martin &co has helped me and my husband rent a one bedroom apartment in south Croydon in an area we have been looking into for a long time (near Lloyds park). Contacts have been very quick, smooth and led to a viewing just after a couple of days. Ru (Rugile) very kindly showed me the flat, which was immaculate and a good size, with balcony and parking. She replied to all my questions with professionalism and a smile, and continued to do so by email in the next few days. What I was particularly impressed by was the fast and easy referencing process. At my last flat it took me a month, countless emails and a lot of stress. With Susan and Martin &co just a couple of days and all online in a portal. We couldn’t believe when we signed the contract and got our keys that the flat was really ours already! We are enjoying it a lot, it’s quiet and neighbours very friendly and we couldn’t be happier. Whenever we have a question they or the landlord reply immediately so we hope we will stay in this flat for a long time! Don’t hesitate to use Martin and Co for your next rent/purchase.
