Throughout the process they were always friendly and kept me informed and gave me an honest opinion at every step.During the sale process I liaised with the Sales Progression team (mainly Sarah but also Sue) who were very friendly and lovely to chat to, keeping me well informed and helping push the sale through. It was great to have a devoted team working on progressing the sale as I feel this is more efficient than one agent managing everything.Open 7 days and always quick to respond to queries.
