All deposits for private rental properties are registered and held by an independent government regulated scheme. The scheme used by Move Revolution Lettings is DPS, they are a third party adjudicator who independently reviews all evidence submitted at that the end of a tenancy, and they are responsible for making a full and final decision on a deposit return and any deductions requested. Move Revolution Lettings role in this process is purely to submit the check out report and any supporting documents on behalf of the landlord. We would like to reiterate we are not involved in any decision making at all regarding the deposit return or any deductions.
