Amazing if they need you to rent or buy but dont even bother about repairs- takes them ages with no communication. I am pregnant and have a daughter and yet i have been left with no heating for over 5days and counting. No communication!!! Amazing to get a response from the owner finally after a call yesterday stating he himself had to wait 10days to get his boiler fixed like that was any consolation. Please providr proof all the contacts as stated. Very unprofessional - what are these repairs please?stating repairs were done which you were aware of before i moved in that took over a year to do. Please provide timeline. Even my contract and inventory had all the so called repairs needed on them. You only have these to say because i have been stupidly understanding. 6days and counting- Gas man is coming to see a fault you have been aware of since 2020 and are still yet to fix. Unlike you i have proof to upload of needed. Trust piolot has many genuine reviews of your company... i am not the only who is disappointed. Instead of attacking me fix the problem.
