Don't ever rent from this agent！My friends and I rented a house near the university from them and when we first moved in, the whole house was very messy not livable at all and it affected our move in without any compensation provided. My friend clearly paid the full rent in one month and had a bank transfer to show them, but the agent said there was 80 pounds missing. When we checked out, the agent found a lot of problems that were not caused by us at all and deducted the entire deposit. We plan to get a lawyer to deal with this matter.
