Booked a property viewing, nobody showed up! We called the office, and were told they had no record of us! We were very interested in the property, so gave all our details again, and were told someone would meet us in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later no sign of anyone still, and all this was 5 minutes round the corner from their Southampton office! We called and let them know we couldn't hang on to meet them anymore today, which was more than they did for us. Very disappointing.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Hi, Thank you for your review. I understand there was no record of your booking or yourself on our system. There are other flats in the block through different agencies and I would suggest your original booking was made through someone else. If a booking was made through us your details would be on our system. My colleague who spoke to you today explained this and informed you he could meet you at the property 10 minutes later to which you refused.
