Dear Mr Pearce, Thank you for your review and I am sorry you feel you were not provided with the service you felt you should have received. Having checked through correspondence I can see we were actually the ones chasing paperwork on numerous occasions which was never returned by the prospective tenants. I do not appreciate you suggesting staff should be fired, perhaps this review is more of a reflection of yourself and your character rather than the service Kings Estates provide.
